What we hold ourselves to

Six things we'd rather be judged on than a pitch.

Accessibility
Great design shouldn't be a luxury reserved for big budgets.
Transparency
No jargon, no hidden fees, no lock-in tricks.
Innovation
Modern tools and techniques — results that punch above the budget.
Partnership
Our success is tied to yours, not a one-off sale.
Craftsmanship
Every site optimised for speed, accessibility and search. Genuinely well made.
Care
We look after every site like it's our own. Because, in a sense, it is.

What we're thinking about.

Working notes on SEO and AI visibility for local businesses.

  1. June 2026

Why local businesses are getting found through AI, and what to do about it

Customers are starting to ask ChatGPT and Gemini for “a good physio near Eden Terrace.” Here's how we structure a site so it shows up in the answer.

    Read noteClose note

An AI assistant doesn't rank pages the way Google does. It reads them and composes an answer. If your site says plainly who you are, what you do, where you are and when you're open, you can be quoted. If it's a logo, a photo and “welcome to our website,” you effectively don't exist to the assistant.

The fixes are structural, not clever: plain-language descriptions of every service, your suburb and service area written in text rather than trapped in images, structured data (the machine-readable version of your business card), and a site fast enough that crawlers finish reading it. That's how we build every site by default.

  2. May 2026

Three quiet signs your website is costing you customers

Slow load, no clear call to action, and invisible on mobile. The small things that send a ready-to-book customer to a competitor instead.

    Read noteClose note

First: speed on a phone. Most local searches happen on mobile, and a page that grinds loses people before they've read a word. Second: no obvious next step. A visitor should never have to hunt for how to call, book or get a quote; every screen needs one clear action. Third: invisibility. Search for your trade plus your suburb; if you're not there, those calls are going to whoever is.

None of these are cosmetic problems, which is why a fresh coat of paint on the same site rarely moves the needle. They're structural, and structure is exactly what a rebuild fixes.

A stress-free way to launch: why we build three options, not one

Most studios hand you a single concept and a proposal. We think you should see real, finished directions, then choose.

    Read noteClose note

The traditional process asks you to pay first and imagine the result. If the one concept that comes back isn't right, you're into revision rounds, and taste disagreements turn into negotiations.

We flip it: we build three genuinely different, finished directions before you commit, and you pick the one that feels like your business. Disagreement becomes a choice instead of a conflict. It also keeps us honest: every design has to stand on its own, because you can simply choose a different one.

The questions people ask us first.

Why do you build three designs instead of one?

Because a single concept forces a take-it-or-leave-it decision. We design three finished, working directions around your brand, content and customers, you walk through all three, and you pick the one that feels right. We then refine that one until it's yours.

What does “AI search” mean for a small business?

An AI assistant doesn't rank pages the way Google does — it reads them and composes an answer. If your site says plainly who you are, what you do, where you are and when you're open, you can be quoted in that answer. If it's a logo and “welcome to our website”, you effectively don't exist.

Do I have to move my hosting to Eurekafi?

Only if you want the care plan. Hosting, monitoring, SSL, backups and ongoing updates sit on one simple monthly plan, usually less than businesses are already paying. There's no obligation and no pressure to switch from what you have.

Who actually builds the site?

The four of us. Trevor, Samuel, Eden and Jack — one family, working directly with you. There are no account managers in between and nothing is handed to a subcontractor.

What happens after the site goes live?

We keep it fast, secure and current: hosting, monitoring, SSL, backups and updates on the monthly plan. If you take the article programme we plan and write the posts for the year, send each one to you for review, and publish it once you've signed it off.

What do you need from me to get started?

Every day your site sits on page three — or missing from the AI answer — a ready-to-book customer chooses someone else.

Let's get your business found.

Tell us a little about your business and we'll take a proper look at your current website: what's working, what's quietly costing you customers, and what we'd do differently.

  • Three finished websites to choose from, built around your brand
  • No obligation, and no pressure to switch from what you have
